The bed was pretty comfortable, but that was the one good part of the room. There was an empty Kleenex box on the counter, so I had to use toilet paper when I needed to blow my nose. The big light above the sink wouldn't come on, whether because we couldn't find a switch or there were no bulbs. The shower head looked very old or like it needed cleaning, and there was a lot of mold along the top of the shower. That needs attention, especially the care of this room and hotel. I knew things might not be good as soon as I walked in and saw stiff carpet squares instead of decent carpeting. I'd like a partial refund.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the morning manager. Our room was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds.
