We spent a week here over Thanksgiving. The front desk staff were courteous and welcoming, but the beds were extremely uncomfortable. I asked to switch rooms because of the bed and was told they’re all the same. Other guests I spoke with had similar experiences. If a comfortable night’s sleep matters to you, I’d avoid this place. The beds badly need replacing. Breakfast was mediocre. The hot food was cold, the dining area was somewhat disorganized, and the staff there seemed unfriendly and inattentive. There was old, congealed syrup at the bottom of the container and the trash was overflowing. We’ve had much higher standards at other Hampton Inns, so this stay was disappointing, especially for the price. It didn’t feel like good value.

The rooms are immaculate, everything works well, and the towels are nice and fluffy. The hotel is coming out of a complete remodel. The front desk staff are hilarious, kind, and extremely accommodating, real ones. You won’t regret staying here.

We’re working here and got to stay here too. The whole staff is very friendly, and breakfast is on point. As both a worker and a client, I really value being able to get a good night’s sleep and wake up ready to start production. I’m very pleased with everyone and can’t wait to come back.

A nice, clean place with a very good staff, easy parking, and a large room with everything needed. The breakfast was good, and the room had a hair dryer, iron and board, fridge, coffee, tea, popcorn, and a good shower. The Wi-Fi was slow, though, and the pillows were too flat for us. We also found the bed uncomfortable, possibly because of what looked like a mattress cover or topper.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had a large flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. Staff were very nice. The hotel was under construction in the lobby, pool, and breakfast area, and nobody told us or listed that before we booked. They should have offered a discounted rate, but didn’t.
