The balcony had a nice view, and the clean, roomy shower and comfortable bed suited us well. Our Premium King room was spacious and had everything we needed for a one-night stay, plus a little more. Check-in was easy and the staff were friendly. We had to park out back because it was a busy weekend, but we'd stay again and recommend it to friends.
Room service brought me a delicious breakfast burrito at a fair price, and everyone here has been so friendly. The suite has a spectacular view and is huge, with two closets, two chairs, plenty of counter space, and a desk. It's very clean, with lovely art, and the bed is comfortable. Yes, it's an older resort and some furniture has chips, but that doesn't bother me. The Tarocco products are a great brand. I only wish there were a microwave to warm up my very good coffee from Valo. I'm so glad we found this place when our usual option wasn't available.
At $258 a night, this place felt wildly overpriced for what you get. The furniture and carpet were foul, the hallways cramped, and the walls so thin we could hear the children next door as if they were in our room. Our balcony had no furniture and looked straight at a roof. The screen door was hard to open and close, and there wasn't even a bathroom fan. The TV looked 20 years old and wouldn't connect. You have to request a microwave, and breakfast isn't included. Even Super 8 has bagels and cereal. It has cheap motel vibes, so calling it a resort is a joke. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
We were here for a four-day conference and enjoyed our stay. Our room was huge, and the balcony looked out over the mountains. Valo coffee shop was five stars, with the best coffee and extremely friendly service. The bartender also made us some really good, unusual drinks.
The room was very clean, and we had a nice overnight stay overall, though the mattress was uncomfortable and the Wi-Fi charging port was across the room. On Saturday night there was a classic rock band in the open bar area. Seating was limited, but it was still nice.
