After a full day of driving, I arrived around 11pm. I’d called earlier to check that rooms were available. The owner came out angry because I’d rung the night bell three times. I said sorry and explained I couldn’t hear it, so I wasn’t sure it was working, but he stayed hostile. When I asked his name so I could report what happened to Best Western, he wouldn’t give it and threatened to call the cops. I’ve never had customer service this awful. I don’t know how he’s still managing the place. I’ll take my business somewhere else.

The price is reasonable and the hotel is standard, but my room smelled when I walked to it. At least it’s non-smoking. There’s no elevator or luggage cart, and the continental breakfast area is small with only a few tables. It’s also not pet-friendly, in case you’re traveling with an animal. The underground parking was nice, though you need a small car to get through. Wi-Fi wasn’t great, but hey, it’s Price, UT. What do you expect?

We come back every year and really enjoy it. The pool is tiny, though, and they accidentally let the hot tub overflow. There’s also just one person handling everyone’s needs, and the place is tucked away from the road, so you might miss it if you’re not watching for it.

The service was awful, and they didn’t even offer the continental breakfast. What really upset me was the guy chasing my partner and me out of the lobby, calling us homeless and threatening to call the cops. I’m a veteran and found the whole thing deeply offensive.

A coworker sent me here, and I’d say it’s a good choice if you’re staying in Price. The place was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, though at times a little hard to understand.
