Super 8 Prince Frederick

I don't usually write reviews, but there were so many negative ones that I wanted to share our experience. My daughter and I stayed May 31 to June 4, and the room was neat and clean. The staff were excellent, especially Angie, who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. I'd definitely recommend this place.

We had two rooms booked for four people each, but there were only two towels and two washcloths in each room. When we asked for more to cover our group, the woman at the front desk said she couldn't give us any. Both rooms also had a strange smell.

The stained comforter and lack of a phone to call the front desk for more towels were bad enough, but we couldn't stomach staying even an hour. The hallways reeked of smoke, and the smoke-free rooms smelled bad too, just in a different way 😝. The overgrown, abandoned-looking outside should've warned us. We were apparently too tired to think clearly.

The front desk was always nice and polite, but the mattresses seemed never to have been replaced. They stunk through the sheets, and there were marks on their sides that looked like blood stains. There was also mold in the bathroom. Maybe suitable if you're here on business and just need somewhere to sleep, but I wouldn't stay here with kids or family.
