We were in town for a wedding, and Amanda at the front desk made our stay easier. The TV guide was out of date after some upgrades, so she gave us a cheat sheet that worked great. Later, a low battery alarm in the room next door was driving our dog crazy. Amanda came up to our floor in the separate building, found it, and got it taken care of quickly. Our room, the building, elevators, and amenities were all clean and well kept. Thanks, Amanda, for helping us out both times.

The hotel itself was adequate, though overpriced, and our third room was quiet despite the thin walls. Getting there was rough. The person next door was so loud that we first thought someone was in our bathroom. The second room Amanda offered was also noisy, with their TV audible from the hallway. She said she knew the first guest was loud because he was a regular. When I asked why we had been placed next to him, she got defensive and angry, then snapped that we were lucky she wasn't charging us $10 to switch rooms. Some of the worst customer service I've experienced.

The room was great and the staff were wonderful. One big problem, though: there’s no elevator to the laundry facilities, so guests with disabilities or older guests can’t get to them. What’s the point of offering laundry if they can’t access it?
