Byron was so welcoming and took great care of us. We loved the cute apartment, especially having a full kitchen, and the hot tub was lovely at night. It was close to town, too. We'd happily come back.

Everything was clean and well stocked, and the location worked great for Halloween weekend. I'd stay here again.

The only real drawback was the sofa bed when folded out. It wasn't comfortable as a bed, though it was fine to sleep on while still in sofa form. Otherwise, this was a pleasant off-season weekend in a small one-bedroom unit with lots of natural light, nice decor, a sensible layout, a well-equipped little kitchen, and good-sized TVs. Nothing fancy, just a nice place. I heard they're planning to add an inground hot tub. I'd return in summer, though the price might be a lot.

The pool and jacuzzi were nice places to unwind, and Commercial Street was only a short walk away for restaurants and shows. Great spot in Provincetown.

The location is nice, but this resort needs work. I've been with RCI for 28 years, and the grounds aren't maintained well. The room furniture and pool area both look very dated. There are three hot tubs on site, and I couldn't tell which one was working. Better signs are needed, too.
