Hampton Inn Provo

I was in the area for training and stayed for a week. The room was good, the location worked well, and the bed was comfortable in a quiet room, so I slept well. Breakfast had a nice range of choices that changed over the week, and the workout room had plenty of different equipment.

The staff were super friendly, and the location and breakfast were both good. My only suggestion would be to make the app's electronic key work at this location. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

After a 13-hour drive, my family and I got here around 1-1:30 a.m. My husband checked us in, and the woman at the desk seemed annoyed instead of welcoming. She was abrupt and gave us a hard time about our service dog. We were exhausted and just wanted quick showers and sleep. Then my kid spilled a little water in the bathroom, and when I went to wipe it up, the rag was black. The tub was visibly dirty too, and the vents looked like they hadn't been touched in years. The room was dirty, and the elevators barely worked. The whole place felt like a mess. We hoped to sleep in after arriving so late, but at about 8 a.m. a group of loud housekeepers woke us up in the hall right outside our door. If you want a restful night, I'd look elsewhere. Paying the extra $50 is worth it.
