At check-in today, I was shown three rooms, and roaches were crawling all over the beds. I can only guess that reviews about the bugs get deleted. The Patels came across as nice, but in my experience that doesn't mean the place is decent. How can they rent rooms with that kind of infestation and charge $1,600 a month? Shame wears plenty of faces. After their response, I want to be clear: I got my $1,600 refund. My cats never set foot in those filthy rooms, and I wouldn't let my babies live in filth. Blaming animals for bringing in cockroaches is ridiculous. The roach problem comes from poor pest control and letting unhoused people who don't clean live there. Hotels and motels aren't meant for that long-term arrangement. People shouldn't be carrying those bugs from place to place. They need to shut the place down and take responsibility for fixing their pest problem.

My room felt like a small studio, and it was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. The rates fit my budget, though there's no breakfast. It isn't a good choice if you're after a modern, high-end hotel, and the rooms could use upgrades when money allows. Mrs. Nilam Patel was always friendly and helpful, and she never failed to accommodate my visits. She and her husband are doing their best to keep the hotel going while raising a family.

Management really goes all out to make sure you're comfortable. I stayed a few nights, got some good rest, and found the rooms clean in a pretty nice setting. If you need a motel room in Pulaski, I'd recommend budgeting in. The price wasn't bad, and I'll be back. Thanks!

The rooms were clean and nice, and the staff were present and very helpful. The owners are kind people who often help folks in need. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're nearby or just passing through.

We had three pets with us, and the fee was $10 per animal. The owners were SUPER NICE and helpful. Our room was huge and quiet, with comfortable beds, a fridge, and a microwave. The bathroom has a retro look, but everything worked perfectly. The shower had enough pressure to rinse long hair without standing there for half an hour. The brick walls kept noise down really well. I'd happily stay here again.
