Fishermens Village Resort

The rooms are modern and nice, which makes it a shame they're not clean. After the flood last year, our stay was great. We came back yesterday and the floors in the room clearly hadn't been mopped. The pots and pans had been put away filthy; we tried cleaning them, but the Temu sponge and cheap soap weren't enough. Even leaning on the balcony rail left us so dirty we had to shower, and then we saw our feet were black from the floor. We usually stay across the harbor at the awsome Sunset Inn or the amenity filled Charlotte Bay Resort, and we won't be returning to the Suits at Fisherman's Village. As we left, cleaning crews were everywhere, but we didn't see one mop on one crart.

The harbor walk right outside made it easy to stroll along the water, and there are shops downstairs. Our room had a lovely view of the harbour sunset, comfortable furniture, and excellent amenities. The two well appointed bedrooms each had an ensuite, so it would be a steal for two couples sharing. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and nice. We'd talked about staying here for a long time and are so glad we finally did. We mentioned our anniversary and found a nice surprise on the counter, a lovely touch. We called the hotel to book directly and saved $70. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed during Thanksgiving week and liked it so much we wanted to extend our stay. The room was spacious, very clean, nicely decorated, and had gorgeous views. Every staff member we spoke with was pleasant and super helpful. We'll plan another trip soon. Highly recommend!

Twelve of us came to play pickleball, shop, eat, and hang out, and this was a perfect spot. We walked everywhere, and the location was great. The modern rooms were clean, and I can't say enough about them. Parking was great too. Stay here!
