The pools and hot tubs were spectacular, though I'd have liked them a few degrees warmer. Even with my own pool kept at 90 degrees, I found them swimmable, especially the roof pool, which I guessed was around 85ish. The views from the outdoor walkway to level blue were amazing, and the staff on the blue level were absolutely great. Our room and beds were very comfortable, with no complaints there. Food ranged from fair to great across the 6-7 restaurants and food hall spots we tried. The front desk group were lovely and spoke to us whenever we passed. Most staff were outstanding, but a few were lackluster, and a couple really should be sent home. One young black lady in the taqueria was rude, and I suggest management address her behavior. We stayed 3 days and still give the place 5 stars, though some staff need help with customer service.

After the 2024 hurricanes, Sunseekers gave us and others who had lost homes or been displaced a room at no charge, with Fema picking up the tab. The staff paid attention to what we needed and let us finally breathe with some relief. They were very accommodating.

The room was great and the customer service was too. I know it's their "low season," but could the restaurants and bars stay open past midnight on Friday or Saturday? For an all inclusive resort, things felt dead after 11 pm on those nights. It was so quiet that I felt like I was in a retirement community.

We had a lovely family vacation here, with good music around the pool and throughout the building. The rooftop pool was great, and the sunsets were amazing. There are plenty of places to shop for gifts, quality restaurants, sports bars, and a food court, plus lots of parking. You have to experience it to believe it. Oh yeah, I'll be back.
