Country Villa Motel

The curb appeal could use an update since it’s an old building, though maybe the owners will get to that later. Inside, our room was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. No mold or dust, and no spray trying to cover up smells, just clean. The owners were friendly and checked whether we needed anything whenever we saw them. We stayed at Country Villa in Sept. 2018 because the other motel in town was full. If you've stayed before, give it another try. You'll notice the difference. Four stars for the Punxsy area.

We keep coming back whenever we visit family nearby, and we've never been disappointed. The rooms aren't like the cookie-cutter hotels you see nowadays, but they're very comfortable and spotlessly clean. For the price, you won't regret choosing this place. It's the right choice for us, and we hope to keep staying here for years while we visit our great grandchildren.

We liked the area so much we made our next reservations before leaving. The countryside is beautiful, and the drives around here have lovely scenery. The rooms are small but clean. The owners are really nice, and I can't say enough good things about them.

Country Villa isn't fancy, but it is clean and comfortable, which is what I want. The motel is old and spotlessly kept. I had some really good talks with Tim, the owner, and felt like family by the time I left. I highly recommend it.
