The room was quiet, and at least the bed was clean. That’s what earned the two stars. The bathroom smelled worse than a port-a-potty and left the whole room reeking. The floor hadn’t been swept before we arrived, with dirt, bits of debris, and sticky patches all over, so we didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot. There was pee splashed underneath the toilet seat, too.

I’m disappointed this place isn’t better maintained. It felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in years: the same sheets, and bathrooms that need repairs as well as a much better cleaning. If I’d had cleaning supplies with me, I would’ve done it myself.

I’ve stayed in all kinds of hotels, but this is one I would never choose again. The hallway carpet was filthy and smelled, and the walls and floor in the room were disgusting. There was mold around the windows and tub, brown stains on the sheets and towels, and burn holes in the sheets and comforters. The ceiling was coming down over the bed. The place looked nothing like the website photos. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it.

We booked a room for all of June, starting May 31, because of a family emergency. Another emergency came up in another state, so we had to check out on June 5. The hotel wouldn’t refund the remaining weeks. Since then, they haven’t returned my calls. The customer service was poor, and I won’t recommend the place or come back. It felt like they cared only about the money, not their clients.

Clean and convenient, with friendly people. I always seem to run into shower trouble, and this time I couldn’t get the water past warm, even though the sink got blazing hot.
