The pool area was the one part that took away from an otherwise good stay. The pool and hot tub chemicals were so strong I broke out in an itchy rash, and the chemicals damaged my mom's swimsuit even though she only used the hot tub. Parents and kids were jumping into the water near me and my five-month-old, and young children were splashing in the hot tub while adults tried to relax. I wish someone had been there to enforce the rules and make it safer. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and breakfast waffles were yummy. They also provided a crib for our daughter, which was great for safe sleep. The beds were comfy and the hotel smelled nice. We had a good time overall, aside from the pool and parents ignoring the rules.

We came for a staycation with our four kids, mainly for the pool, but left without staying overnight. The kids lasted only about half an hour. The chemicals were so strong everyone's eyes went red, and people couldn't breathe without going outside. The pool wasn't heated, while the hot tub was barely warm, cloudy, and had things floating in it. We tried the arcade, but there was nowhere to get quarters and the games didn't look appealing anyway. Only one very friendly man was working the desk, and we waited an hour in line before I could say I wasn't paying for this. The staff were friendly but too few, and the room looked clean. It might be fine if you aren't relying on the pool to keep kids entertained.

Everything was meeting expectations and my family was having fun, but the pool was a serious problem. My little sister and I started coughing and struggling to breathe within 15 minutes, and leaving the pool area for several minutes didn't help. My teal hair turned blonde again after two hours, and my teal swimsuit went completely white after an hour and a half. Our skin became red and painfully burning. My sister cried, with her whole back red, and her eyes stung after going underwater once. My skin got extremely dry and cracked, and even after a shower I was itchy and in pain, like sleeping on pins and needles. The next day, I was extremely dizzy. My friends' and my skin was red and cracked all over. I'd been away from chlorine for 24 hours and was still coughing, with a headache and a high fever from about 4 PM until 2 AM. I hope nobody else has this happen. I just want the hotel to know.

The pool area was chaotic, with kids constantly screaming and jumping from places they shouldn't. The whole place felt very chaotic, and it was disgusting from the beds and floors to the halls. Our sheets were stained; we asked several times to have them changed after arriving, but nobody came. Great location, but you get what you pay for. The idea is good, the execution is terrible. 3 out of 10 for this hotel 👎🏻
