I paid $150 expecting one of the cute little cabins I'd seen from the road, but didn't get a cabin, and there was no Wi-Fi. I needed internet for a business Zoom call and had to drive into town to make it. At 2 o'clock I called the main number about the connection. The man who answered said it was Spectrum's fault and not his, and that resetting the internet wouldn't matter. At 7 PM he came to my room and told me to turn my phone off and back on while he watched. My underwear, bra, and clothes were sitting on a chair. It still didn't work. If you need internet, check that it's working before you check in.

We had a great, quiet getaway with our kids at lees cottages, just a two-minute drive from downtown lake George. We came up for car show weekend, and the owner I spoke with was really helpful when there was a small check-in mix-up. He even went out of his way to find parking for my truck and car trailer for the weekend. The property was very clean, the staff were helpful, and the kids loved the play area. Definitely recommend it.

We spent most of our first Lake George weekend outdoors exploring, and Cottage #9 was a comfortable, warm place to come back to and sleep. It's simple and rustic, just right if you need an inexpensive place to lay your head. The cottage was clean and sanitized, which we really appreciated during Covid-19. It had plenty of room for the two of us, and check-in was easy. Chris, the owner, was nice and gave us helpful information. I'd suggest calling him directly before booking online, since you may get an extra discount.

We booked at the last minute for a wedding, and the owner still gave us an amazing price. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we absolutely loved our stay. We'll definitely come back!
