Kimi was the best, and her smile made my night. The check-in went really smoothly, the lobby was very clean, and everyone on staff was helpful. I’ll definitely come back. Five stars.

We spent a week here while visiting our children in college in Boston and our new grandbaby. The hotel was a great value, about half the price of downtown options, and the nearby malls, shops, and good restaurants were convenient. Our Bonvoy status got us a king corner room on an upper floor, complimentary breakfast, free parking, and wifi, which took care of the add-on fees. We were concerned by some recent reviews, but the facility, room, front desk, and restaurant service all exceeded our expectations. It’s not an opulent Marriott, but it’s nicer than other hotels in the area. The exercise room was better than most. The pool was clean and heated, though it felt a little cool with outdoor temperatures at 10 degrees. You can choose this location without concern.

As of October 2025, internet is free for Bonvoy members and costs $12.95 per room per night otherwise. Parking is $20 per night and the breakfast buffet is $25.99. You need your room key to open the garage and use the four fast elevators. There’s a star super market five minutes away for supplies, and a shopping mall with Target about nine minutes away. The rooms have a mini fridge, but we missed having a safe and microwave. The hotel is huge and gets a lot of guests, so I appreciated that they tried to serve everyone quickly. The front desk staff were OK, and the hotel and our room were well maintained. It’s a good Marriott, in line with what you’d expect from the chain.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were great, but several kids’ events were happening while we were there and the place turned into a zoo. Kids were all over without their parents, playing hockey in the hallways and setting off alarms. It’s absolutely worth staying here, just find out what events they’re hosting before you book. Lesson learned.
