Sylvan Falls Mill B&B

Sylvan Falls Inn sits beside an on-site waterfall, which makes for a peaceful, beautiful setting. Our room wasn't extravagant, but it was clean, charming, and comfortable. Linda and Mike were attentive, gracious hosts and did a lot to make our stay pleasant. The whole place has a warm, welcoming feel, and we really enjoyed our time there. A lovely choice for a quiet getaway.

We even got a tour of their working mill, which was a nice extra. My husband and I found this cozy B&B on a quiet road to be just right for a getaway, with beautiful surroundings and wonderful hosts.

We liked all the carefully chosen decor details, and the hiking and nature nearby made the location a good one. Linda was easy to reach and worked around our dietary restrictions. Dinner and breakfast were both enjoyable. They also offer lots of baked goods, but those need to be pre ordered. Sylvan Falls is a quaint, lovely B&B with great hospitality and amazing baking.

I only booked one night while passing through, and by the time I left I wished I hadn't. Sylvan Falls Mill came closer than anywhere I've stayed to my dream of a brook running through the middle of a house, with water sounds all day and night. The room was roomy but still cozy, the bed was very comfortable, and the linens were generous. Breakfast by the waterfall was made from scratch and terrific: almond strudel topped bread that was almost like cake, an autumn fruit cup that tasted like Fall in a glass, and a delicious main dish. They even had homemade juices and ciders. Linda and Mike are kind, helpful, gracious hosts, and they've created a little sanctuary in Georgia.
