It was a good place to live, and everything was fine overall. When something broke, they fixed it quickly. The gym and pools are cool too. My one issue was the electronic door lock. Something was wrong with my door, and it was hard to open and close. They tried fixing it twice but couldn't, and I think the door itself needs replacing. Thanks, Camden Park!

Living here has done a lot for my mental health after a stressful environment. The apartments are spacious and well designed, usually quiet, and have in-unit washer and dryer plus pre-wired Ethernet for a reliable wired setup without cables sticking out. There's direct access to Crabtree path, which is my favorite part, and the location is close to I-440. The two gyms are well maintained, the community center is there for use, and they offer free community activities. It's pet friendly, the school district is good, the grounds are very well kept, and it's a great spot for wildlife photography. The maintenance team is fantastic, all of them, and routine apartment maintenance is scheduled. The reasons I didn't give five stars are the inconsistent Trash Buttler service, which is mandatory and paid, and smoking rules that could be enforced better even though this is a non-smoking community. There are also no security cameras at the entrances or parking lots. They said the police department considers cameras ineffective against crime, and the alternative was to add more outdoor lights.

I first toured in February 2025 while searching for a rental that felt safe for my kids, had a good school district, and included the amenities I wanted. I've come back three times to tour, look around, and discuss pricing, and everyone has been nice each visit. The staff are kind and patient, and give the place a family feeling. You can't beat the combination of location and school district, and it looks incredible inside too.

We've only been here about a week and a half, but we're already really happy we moved in. The apartment is wonderful, a three-bedroom, two-bathroom place around 1,425 ft², and we've enjoyed the pool even though the virus has kept us from using all the amenities. Spectrum gave us a cable issue, but that wasn't Camden's fault. The landscaping is beautiful and everything is kept clean. Staff are helpful, nice, and available whenever you need something. Direct access to the capital area Greenway is great, and you can walk to the mall in 15 minutes or drive there in about two. We're looking forward to enjoying Raleigh life here.

I compared about a dozen apartment complexes around greater Raleigh before choosing Camden Manor Park, where I lived just under two years. It gave me the best balance of location, amenities, cost, and quality I could find, and the experience backed that up. There's ample parking, and the policies for residents and guests are friendly. The community stays clean, is reasonably quiet, and is convenient to just about anything you might need. Staff were accommodating and consistently friendly. Chris and several others went above and beyond for me and for friends I recommended. I was also impressed with how Camden as a larger organization handled the pandemic, including setting up a multimillion dollar fund to help people negatively impacted stay on their feet. I'd highly recommend the property to anyone looking for an apartment in Raleigh.
