The blinds made the room properly dark, and the beds were super comfortable. There was plenty of space in the room, bathroom, and walk-in closet. Breakfast had a great selection, and the hotel also has an indoor pool, gym, and laundry service. It's right off the highway, near a few restaurants and gas stations, and about an 8 minute drive downtown. We came to explore Raleigh for the weekend and picked well. We'll definitely be back.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and we had a free breakfast, a well-equipped gym, and a swimming pool. I was here on business with my fiancee. The hotel is right off the highway, which is convenient, though you'll need a rental car to get into town. Not very walkable.

The atmosphere is what keeps bringing me back. I've been traveling to the RDU area for 6+yrs and have stayed at plenty of Marriott properties, including full service hotels, but this Spring Hill Suites is my favorite in the RDU. It feels like my home away from home. I think the culture starts with leadership, and from General Manager Matt and Hotel Manager Allyissa to the housekeepers and Sylvia, who makes breakfast, the team keeps up Marriott's “Brilliant Host” standard. If you're around RDU, I'd choose this place. You won't be dissapointed!

Alyssa at the front desk was super professional. The rooms are very clean and great for what Springhill Suites offers, though the pillows are flat and the refrigerator could be colder. There doesn't seem to be much around, and the only beer I saw all weekend was Coors.

The rooms are laid out well, so I could work and relax, and the hotel has a fresh, almost new feel. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is the usual standard fare, and the convenience store on site is pretty limited. There's a Sheetz right next door, plus a few convenient chain restaurants.
