Motel 6 Rancho Mirage, CA - Palm Springs

I’ve never written a review for a motel or hotel before, but MAC at motel 6 deserves recognition for his kindness, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. When I got to the motel, the lights by my bed wouldn’t turn off. Someone came up from downstairs to look but couldn’t fix them. I had a lot of luggage to move, so I said I’d deal with it, but I couldn’t sleep with the lights right by my eyes. I had a huge migraine and was awake until 6 in the morning, then slept for just one hour. MAC was kind enough to let me keep the room for three hours past checkout because I have a disability. I hope his boss sees this. I’m not sure whether he’s the boss, but I want him recognized by Heidi in room 235. I love you, man. I love your motel and wish you all the best in life and work. The room was very clean, and the AC worked great. I was on the first floor, at the front of the building, facing a main street with some daytime traffic. It could get a bit loud, but it didn’t disrupt my stay. I was pleased with the experience, and the price was affordable.

Whenever I’m in the Coachella Valley, this is my preferred Motel 6. The improvements here are easy to notice, especially at the front office. I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff are always friendly, professional, and efficient at both check-in and check-out. The front desk team does their best to handle my requests without any attitude or hesitation. Of the Motel 6 locations in the valley, I strongly recommend Rancho Mirage. It’s reliably the calmest and best run, with far less riff raft than the nearby options. 👍🏻

This local franchise deserves a positive review. The staff are what set it apart, and they take away the negative stigma people often associate with the Motel 6 name. Motel 6 of Rancho Mirage has really stepped up and feels different from other hotels. Keep up the great work.
