Moosehead Lodge & Cabins

The bathroom felt a bit small for me at 6'1, though it was clean and well kept. I stayed with my dog in one of the two-story cabin rooms on the top floor, and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. The beds were great, and we both got a good night's rest. We had a wonderful stay at the Mooshead Lodge and would return.

The hot tub was all mine, and after a week of camping I could finally unwind under the stars. The night was peaceful, and the owner seems to have put a lot of care into the grounds. Friendly cats were wandering around, too. My cabin was small but cozy, the showers were very hot, and the bed was comfortable enough. The room seemed clean enough. Check-in was easy and it was quiet on a Sunday night. It's not the nicest place I've stayed, but I'd come back if I pass through again.

We went on a whim for a mini weekend getaway, and the cabin was cute and clean. The staff were very friendly, and there's a pizza place right across the street if you get hungry. The one problem was the memory foam mattress, which kept sinking in the middle and made it very hard to sleep. Apart from that, everything was perfect, and I'd highly recommend it.

The rooms in the second building were small but cute, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The tub and shower head could use some work. All in all, it was a nice place to stay.
