Illini Inn & Suites Hotel - Rantoul/Gifford/Champaign/Urbana

The staff were lovely, friendly, and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the breakfast was better than what most hotels at this price offer. Google Maps had trouble locating the exact road, which was the only real snag. Maybe put a box of tissues in the room.

Even though I arrived a little after midnight, check-in was quick, and the staff member stayed nearby to make sure the room was all set. It was clean, had towels, and everything worked. The area felt safe and is close to restaurants and stores. The room was huge for the price, with a full closet, a decent-sized bathroom, and a small kitchenette area set apart from the rest of the space. A great deal for an overnight stay.

For work trips to Central Illinois, this has become our regular hotel. I bring my whole production crew and wouldn't think of staying elsewhere. The rooms give us plenty of space to decompress, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The property is spotless and well cared for, and you can see how much pride the management and staff take in it. The people here are what make the difference. Everyone we've met has been knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely kind. It's a pleasure to stay here every time. If you need a clean, professional, welcoming place in Central Illinois, this is it.

We spent two nights here with family while touring a college. The hotel was clean and practical, reasonably priced, and the people were nice and helpful. It's a decent budget stay, not too far from UOI. There's not much to see nearby, but Urbana-Champaign is only a 15-20 minute drive. I'd come back if I needed to visit the University again.
