Sondra, Ian, and Ross made me feel welcome and were always happy to help. I spent five days at Comfort Inn and Suites in Raphine, Virginia, while my truck was being serviced at the nearby Peterbilt store. It was a comfortable, clean place to come back to after long days on the road, and I enjoyed the views in the morning. Breakfast had lots of tasty hot options, and there was plenty of hot water for a shower. Getting to the interstate and nearby restaurants was easy. I had a great stay and would recommend it to people in the area.

The staff were warm and professional from the minute I arrived, and the bed and soft towels made a real difference after a day on the road. I was here for one night while my truck was being repaired. The room was spotless, and the whole property looked clean and well kept. It’s right off the interstate, so getting in and out was easy. Breakfast was fresh before I headed back out. I’d happily stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Raphine – Lexington near I-81 and I-64 again. Thanks for the hospitality and service.

The desk attendant helped me with the vending machines, which weren’t giving the right change. The drinks in the third-floor machine were warm instead of cold. My room itself was clean, though the sheets had stains, and I noticed one outlet partly pulled away from the wall. It wasn’t a horrible stay.

We had a nice mountain view, and the room was very clean. The crisp sheets and firm, comfortable beds were a plus. The only thing missing for us was Netflix or HBO. We’ll stay again.

We’ve stayed here often when traveling for work, including on February 2nd. After reaching my next stop last night, hundreds of miles away, I realized I’d left a bag with some of my medication behind. We tried calling the front desk several times last night and again today, but no one answered. I need the medication returned, and this is the only way I can reach someone. It’s very frustrating. Please call us back. Our names are up top.
