Quality Inn Raynham - Taunton

The hotel itself was nice, but I had several problems over my two nights. Beds were extremely firm, the pillows had almost no support, and the TV was hard to use. Neither Netflix nor YouTube would load properly. When we checked in, the front desk gave us the wrong directions to our room, so we wandered around trying to find it. With my health and leg problems, that was especially difficult. I also had an unpleasant interaction with a cleaning staff member who was very rude to me and my friend. It felt unprofessional. I was willing to pay for a late checkout, but when I called the last morning, they only gave me until 12pm. I didn’t have a car and had a 5:30pm birthday reservation, so I’d hoped for at least a 1-2pm checkout. We didn’t feel comfortable waiting in the lobby after our interactions with staff, so we ended up waiting at a Dunkin’ instead.

We were in room 144 in late September for a Patriots game, and it was about 25 minutes from the stadium. The room was okay for spending the night, clean, and didn’t smell. They had hot coffee, egg and sausage muffins, and juice for breakfast. I felt safe and it was fine for a short trip. Just remember the level of hotel you’re booking. It’s a Quality Inn.

We had a few room problems at first. After we spoke with the front desk, they fixed what they could, and things were fine after that. The night front desk staff member was really nice and did everything she could to make our stay pleasant.

It’s a nice, quiet place. The rooms I had access to were okay, nothing out of the ordinary. The service isn’t that great, but it’s nothing to worry about.
