Mike made me and my crew feel welcome the whole time, and the hotel felt like a home away from home. I came to work with seven people and, since there wasn’t a Hilton nearby, I figured we’d settled for something that would do. Instead, this turned out to be Red River’s hidden jewel. The remodeled rooms are fantastic and can compete with mid- to upscale hotels in major cities at the same price point. Management bends over backwards for guests. I’m a Hilton Diamond and stay in hotels all over the country, so I leave this review reluctantly, in case it makes the place too popular to book next time. If you’re looking for a room in Red River, stop scrolling. This is the best you’ll find. Thanks, Mike.

Our pipes froze, so six of us needed a place for just one night. The gentleman who took the reservation and checked us in impressed us. The rooms are brand new and very affordable, and we were grateful for a great place to sleep in a good location.

This is my new favorite place to stay in Red River. I’ve been in both “overclassed and underclassed” rooms around town, and this stay was something else. I called several places while looking; only three answered, and it turned out they all had the same manager. He’s a good one. He asked what we wanted. We’re two guitar players, hoping for space where we wouldn’t bother anyone, maybe a fireplace, and a central spot near restaurants and fun. He had just the thing, upgraded us to a great room at the original rate, and arranged access to his private area right on the river so we could shoot some video. That was more than he had to do, and now I’m a repeat customer. Five stars for excellent customer service and lodging management. That’s rare.

It’s right in the middle of town, with easy access to anything we wanted to do. The room was clean and newly renovated, and the staff were friendly. I was very satisfied and would give the place a great rating.
