Joe led us on an incredible 80-mile snowmobile ride. He knew the area, kept things fun, and made the whole outing feel safe and exciting. We had an amazing time at Tug Hill Resort in Redfield, NY, and it was a great place to enjoy snowmobiling and all that Tug Hill has to offer. Natasha at the front desk was lovely to deal with and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. A great getaway, with friendly people and a fantastic experience.

For the 8-hour tour, I'd recommend getting a guide if you don't know the area. The snowmobiles were newer 600s, with heated features, and clearly well maintained. Our rooms were spacious enough for all our gear, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the accommodations were clean, modern, and well kept. The kitchen had plenty for breakfast and coffee, which was handy. Thanks to Joe and Natasha for a fantastic experience. We'll recommend Tug Hill Resort and are already looking forward to our next vacation there. Dr. John Mainiero

Joe took us on a four-hour snowmobile tour after we rented from Tug Hill Resort on Saturday, 2/22/26. The weather was perfect. He spent time explaining how to operate the machines and was engaging and funny. We rode two hours to the Tug Hill Hook & Ladder bar/restaurant, then followed him back to the Resort for the other two. We had a fantastic time and plan to return in 2027.

My son and I tried a midweek four-hour rental, and it was amazing. The scenery and location were fabulous, and as first-time snowmobilers, we thought the trail system was spectacular. The 600cc machines performed flawlessly. We highly recommend them. Don't hesitate to make the trip!

The rooms were nice and warm, and guests can even cook in the kitchen. My dad and I had a smooth check-in and check-out, and the owners greeted us as soon as we pulled in. They made us feel welcome the whole time. We'll definitely return, and we're planning to come in every season.
