I found an adult bed bug on the pillow while checking the room for them, which was upsetting. I asked to move, but the mattress in the other room had tears too, so I still didn't feel safe. I didn't see blood on the mattress, though. Customer service was unfortunately subpar.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind, and the WiFi and air conditioning both worked great. The room and bathroom were very clean, and we slept comfortably on the soft sheets. There was a basic continental breakfast each morning that looked decent, though we didn't try it. We also didn't use the pool, but it appeared clean and well chlorinated. I reviewed this hotel years ago under different ownership and would have given it negative stars if I could. This stay at Quality Inn was superb, and a great value.

The rooms have been updated and are really spacious. Breakfast had plenty of good choices, and having a pool and hot tub was nice for relaxing. I've stayed here twice now, and the friendly staff make me feel like family. I love the service I get here.

The pool was the highlight for the kids, it was so warm and didn't smell like chlorine. Breakfast was what you'd expect from a free hotel spread, and the kids loved it. We ended up booking again for next year after this pleasant last-minute stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the owner, I assume, was so friendly every time we interacted.

The owner was very accommodating, and the staff were so friendly. The rooms were clean too. It was a very pleasant stay, and I'll definitely come back.
