Sea Oats Beach Resort by Liberte

We loved relaxing on the balcony and watching the dolphins and sunset, and the view from 101 was amazing. The condo was clean, modern, and comfortable, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The beds were really comfy and the bedding was crisp and white. Since the kitchen had everything we needed, we stayed in for breakfast and lunch, though there were plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Being on the first floor meant just one flight of stairs and no elevator. We’re already booked to come back at the end of September and can’t wait.

The view was beautiful, and we were really pleased with the place. Getting into the room and pool was easy and secure. We loved this Airbnb. There were just a couple small hiccups, including the toilet in the middle bathroom with the tub, which didn’t flush every time. Nothing else was a big deal.

The balcony was a favorite, with the sound of the ocean while we sat outside. The pool was nice and very clean, too. Our condo was clean when we arrived, spacious enough for our family of nine, and equipped with everything we needed, including things we might not have thought to pack. We’re having a great time and definitely plan to stay at Sea Oats again. I’d recommend it.

The beach and the view from unit 203 were beautiful, and the beach was well maintained. The area itself is lovely, but I wouldn’t recommend Sea oats for a beach stay. The unit wasn’t clean. The stove top was dirty, the coffee pot had old slimy water in it, and there was dirt built up in the bathroom floor corners. The bathroom woodwork and adjoining walls looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years, and there were water stains on the living room and master bedroom ceilings. The toilet paper holders were missing. The shower handle came off the first time we used it, and there was mold inside it. The master closet door was off its track, so the closet wasn’t fully accessible. Outlets in the second bedroom sparked when we tried to use them. I raised these issues with management on three separate occasions and still haven’t heard back.
