We only stayed two nights, and the hotel was tidy, clean, and nicely updated. Breakfast was great, and both the pool and hot tub were just the right temperature. The staff did their jobs well, but nobody really smiled, said hi, or asked how our day was going. A little friendly attention like that would make the place stand out.

We came back twice in one month, which says a lot. The rooms were clean and roomy, and had a mini fridge with a freezer, microwave, AC and heat. There was also a hair dryer in the bathroom. The pool, Jacuzzi, and fitness room were nice, and I really appreciated the gluten-free options, especially those muffins. Thanks, BW!

The pool was bigger than we expected, and the shower had great water pressure. Our room felt clean and cozy, and the bed was really comfortable. We had a great stay.

The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the continental breakfast was delicious. The whole place looked clean, inside and out, and the staff were especially helpful. I'd recommend staying here if you're in the area, whether for work or for a personal trip.

Sunday morning, I had a really uncomfortable interaction with the assistant manager. Even though I stayed polite and respectful, her tone came across as dismissive and unprofessional, and I felt I was treated unfairly and demeaned. I left feeling singled out and unwelcome. No customer should be made to feel that way.
