Hampton Inn Redmond Bend Airport, OR

I’ve been here about five weeks while working on a car wash remodel in Redmond, and this place has made being away from home easy. I’m staying until the job is finished. Breakfast is good, with choices for different diets. The hot food is fresh and actually served hot every morning, which isn’t always the case elsewhere. The staff have all been great. Jenny is especially attentive in the afternoons and clearly cares about how guests are doing. In the morning, the woman preparing breakfast makes sure everything is in good shape. I really like staying here. Thanks, guys, you rock!

We picked this place because it was convenient before our flight. The room was clean and fine, but we were put right by the elevator in a two-bed room even though we’d booked a king. When I called the desk, the response was basically that we were out of luck because they were sold out. He said the manager would be in around 11 p.m. if I wanted to discuss it then. There were only about four cars in the lot when we arrived. The first thing the desk clerk mentioned was that we’d booked through a third party, Priceline. He checked us in without mentioning breakfast or explaining anything else. I’d stay in Bend and make the short drive instead.

Breakfast was delicious, with waffles, hard-boiled eggs, scones, yogurt, and plenty of other choices. The front desk staff were nice, and the hotel was very clean. We enjoyed our stay, and the little pool was nice too. 😊

We came to visit family and found the staff friendly, the rooms clean, and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was excellent as well. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Redmond.
