We drove an hour and a half for the $11.99 buffet and ended up reheating leftovers at home. The line ran across the casino and into the hotel hallway, with easily 1,000 or more people waiting. After 90 minutes, we reached two staff members collecting names and handing out pagers. The buffet room behind them wasn't crowded, but there was hardly any seating, so they said we'd face another 45 to 90 minutes before being seated. Nobody had explained the wait to us, and the people we spoke to in the exit line hadn't managed to eat either. Five hours wasted, and we'll never go back.

I've been staying here for business for three months, and the experience changes a lot from week to week. I like the place, but the sports bar service is awful. The bar opens at 5 p.m., yet the bartenders are often late, and some days there may not be one there when it opens. They seem like they don't want to be at work. Renee is great, and you're lucky if she's behind the bar. I just wish more people seemed to care.

The dance floor is squeezed by too many tables, and getting through the poorly arranged maze to find a seat is difficult. Tables are often left uncleared, and the floor by the band can be sticky and gross. Tables also crowd people playing pool, so dancers have to move out of the way for shots or risk getting hit. The music is hit or miss, and the band schedule has recently shifted later. They sometimes delay or cancel the start by an hour, two, or even three, without posting the changes, apparently because they book TV events into the tiny space. Don't make the drive expecting to dance to good music.

I booked a master suite with a jacuzzi, but at check-in I was given a room with a handicap shower instead. The front desk staff were friendly and said it could be comped if the manager approved it. When I went to discuss it with him, he said I didn't spend enough money there to qualify. It doesn't feel like you get fair treatment unless you're spending thousands of dollars there every month.
