I stayed three days and had a great experience. The new management provides excellent service, the rooms were very clean, and the mattresses were comfy. The showers were new, breakfast was served in the morning, and snacks were available at the front office 24 hours a day.

This place is okay if all you need is somewhere to sleep and you don't have a credit card, but at $74 it's not worth it. Around $50 after taxes would make more sense for a place this poorly maintained. A lot of things were broken: the TV only turned on after I unplugged and plugged it back in, and only the channel button on the remote worked, no volume or guide. There were stains on the carpet that simple cleaning could fix.

There was a smoke smell in our non-smoking room, and it was very loud. Worse, there were lots of bed bugs crawling over people in my room, so we left at midnight. The worst hotel I've stayed in. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

The man at the desk was nice, and you can tell he's trying with the small breakfast counter. He packed in muffins, cookies, cereal, granola bars, yogurt, mini donuts, bread and jam, oatmeal packets, milk, juice, and coffee. It's not the best breakfast, but it's something. The bed seemed new, maybe because of all the bed bug complaints, and there was DirecTV. Still, the building is run down, the carpets need replacing, and the vending machines were empty. There were odd smells, water-damaged ceiling tiles, a dead roach in the corner, and doors that don't lock automatically because they're keyed like a motel. You get what you pay for.
