The hot breakfast was a nice way to start the day, and the staff were helpful when an issue with my Expedia booking came up at check-in. They called and got it sorted quickly. The stay was okay overall, though there’s no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have heavy bags. Housekeeping knocked at 9 AM while we were still asleep. When I said we didn’t need service, the housekeeper told me checkout was at 11 AM, which felt unnecessary. I’d have preferred they wait until at least 10:30 AM to knock. A few changes like that could make the stay better.

The clerk on Friday and Saturday evening was so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, and even though the hotel is right on the highway, it wasn’t too noisy.

We accidentally left a gold earring in the room and called about it two hours later. The staff found it and kept it for us until we came back two days later. That was honest and really good customer service. Everyone was kind and friendly, the service was great, and the room was clean. We’ll definitely stay here often.

Norma and her team were awesome. I accidentally left behind a valuable sound machine that helps me sleep, and they’re shipping it back to me. I’m grateful for that. The hotel was fine and the staff were friendly.
