The rooms are tiny, as expected, but the bed was comfortable and there was a mini fridge, toiletries, plenty of towels, and a TV. Our feet ended up black from the floor, though the rest of the room looked spotless, so maybe one dirty patch was missed. I loved the little chairs and plants at both ends of each floor, and there’s free parking plus an outdoor spot to sit or smoke. There’s no elevator, so you’d need a ground-floor room if stairs are a problem. Check-in through the after-hours mailboxes was so easy. After a day of travel, not having to talk to anyone felt like a millennial dream. For the price, I was surprised by how good it was, and we’ll stay here again. The beach is walkable, though it’s not a short walk. Starbucks is across the street, along with a liquor store that looked pretty good, but there are plenty of local coffee shops worth visiting too.

The office staff were outstanding, and Ethan really helped us out. He found the right bulb, moved us to another room, and then got us a working hair dryer when the one there was broken too. Patrick had also promised a room when I called ahead and had it ready on the third floor. The location is perfect for visiting Rehoboth Beach, and I’d consider staying again if the issues we reported get addressed. In the first room, the dryer didn’t work and the air conditioner rattled all night, so nobody slept. Room 306 is beside the laundry room, where there’s a loud hum that can affect your sleep. The replacement was a handicap room for one night, but its floors were absolutely filthy. I do hope they keep this hotel as well as their sister Hilton property up the street.

We had a comfortable weekend here, though it wasn’t anything special. It’s a no-frills place with what you need for a short stay. Rehoboth Ave is right there, with lots of shops and dining nearby, and the beach is about a 10-minute walk. We didn’t need the car all weekend. There’s no breakfast, daily housekeeping, or elevator, but those details are disclosed upfront, so they shouldn’t come as a surprise.

The front desk representative was friendly, polite, and helpful. A decent place to stay, and an easy walk to the beach. Highly recommended.

The motel was neat, clean, and well cared for during our three-night stay. It’s on the main strip, handy for walking to shops and restaurants, and about 10 minutes from the beach. I had to go to the office twice for towels because the dirty ones were collected but no clean ones were left, and the room phone didn’t work. There wasn’t anywhere to hang hand towels to dry, and no soap by the bathroom sink, though shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion were available in the shower. I also called because I thought we’d left something behind. They said they’d check and get back to me, but that was days ago. Not a bad place, but I’ll probably try somewhere else next time in Rehoboth.
