We've been coming to Rehoboth Beach for years, and this time chose to stay right on the boardwalk. Unit 407 had a lovely view from its balcony, and listening to the waves was one of our favorite parts. The beds were comfortable, and towels and bedding were provided. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance, with the beach just a few steps away. Private parking was a big help since nearby spaces are hard to find. We'd happily stay there again.

We've stayed here many times and have no complaint about the accommodations. The problem is management. We were told just one day before leaving for vacation that the pool wouldn't be available, and they offered neither a refund nor a change of weeks. Really 🙄. When nothing goes wrong, it's not a bad place to stay, but you end up hoping they won't handle any problems in a shady way.

The beach view was great and the hotel was nice, but a pipe burst in the room above us in the middle of the night. No one offered us another room, a discount, or any other compensation for the disruption.

We've been coming here for years, and the old management was friendly and fine. The new staff were the rudest I've ever encountered on vacation. In particular, both women at the front desk treated my family and me with complete disrespect, especially the kids and teens in our group. I wouldn't bring a family here again, or come back on my own. What a joke.
