The room was clean and had plenty of space. Breakfast was pretty basic, just coffee and cereal, but there was fresh milk and creamer. That suited me fine for a morning on the interstate, since a heavy meal can make you sleepy behind the wheel.

We were in town for a funeral and needed one night, so I came with my husband and daughter after seeing some reviews that seemed good. The first room smelled awful, the toilet was dirty, and the blankets had cigarette burns in them. The woman at the desk gave us another room, which looked clean and didn't smell. Then my tired daughter pulled back the sheets to get into bed and found a bed bug. We grabbed our things and went straight back to the lobby for a refund. The woman refused, and I couldn't believe it. Another customer leaving after us said there was mold in the ice machine. I also took photos of the documents behind the desk that were out of compliance. L&I has been contacted, and more. This hotel doesn't care about its customers and needs a major upgrade. We're taking this to court.

The service made this feel close to a 3-Star, and for a 2 star hotel the price was well worth it. It's underrated. All floors can be reached by elevator if you're disabled. My concern is that there's no fire escape via the roof, which worries me as a Former Firefighter if a fire happens. The A/C units also seem old, or physically broken.

The location is the one good thing I can say about this place. The hallway smelled like wet, moldy clothes as soon as I got off the elevator, and the carpet was filthy. The carpet in the room was just as bad, so I kept my shoes on the whole time. The bathroom floor was horrible too, with stains on the wall, and the shower curtain was awful. The staff were nice, but I got no sleep during my one night there. I thought about sleeping in my car, and would rather do that than stay here again. This place needs a major renovation.
