At Atlantis Casino Resort Spa, the casino is lively, but the noise doesn’t reach the guest floors, so I still got a quiet night’s sleep. Security felt professional, parking was convenient onsite, and the layout was easy to figure out even on a first visit. Check-in and checkout were smooth. The rooms are modern, clean, and stocked with basics like a coffee maker and iron, plus strong Wi-Fi. Higher floors have impressive city or mountain views. The spa was a highlight, with a peaceful feel and good treatments, including manicures and pedicures. There are restaurants, buffets, and casual dining options for different budgets and moods, and happy hour is a nice way to unwind without leaving. It brings entertainment and relaxation together in an urban setting, which works for business stays, short trips, or a weekend away. It doesn’t have beach access or tropical activities like the Bahamas properties, but it’s a comfortable, dependable resort. The atmosphere feels lively where it should and calm where it matters.

We were snowed in with my granddaughter, and Mr Hernandez in hotel services was a lifesaver. I had no reservation, but he took great care of us. The rooms were luxurious, and my granddaughter loved spending time in the fun arcade. The Manhattan deli was great too. Atlantis will always be my favorite place!

Atlantis Casino Resort Spa feels upscale, clean, and well run from the moment you arrive. The staff across the property were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the casino floor had plenty of energy without feeling overwhelming. The restaurants had lots of great choices. Whether you’re there to gamble, eat well, relax, or unwind at the spa, Atlantis delivers a first-class experience. I highly recommend staying here when you’re in Reno. 🎰✨

The main-floor smoking could get overwhelming, so maybe the ventilation could be better. Still, I’d stay here again if I’m back in the area. They offer an airport shuttle, and there’s a walkway connecting the property to the convention center. I stayed for a week during a recent conference. The rooms were comfortable and clean, service was great, the location was convenient, and there were nice food options.

The casino floor is wide open, with tons of slots and table games. Staff were very friendly and seemed to enjoy working with hotel guests and casino patrons. The rooms are spacious and very nice. I like the ones facing Mount Rose over downtown, and I’d definitely go for a high floor since the elevator has a view. I’ve never tried the concierge floor. I love the all-you-can-eat sushi at the spot in the glass bridge over South Virginia Street. The steakhouse is delicious too, though I got very sick after eating the seafood tower. Definitely recommend.
