The location worked well, and I might stay again, but the room had a bunch of things that bothered me. I could hear the guests walking around upstairs, and the bed in room 220 had more body dips than I found acceptable. I never figured out the lighting, and the TV had very few options for a big-name hotel. The shower dripped onto a metal plate on the floor that made a gong-like sound. I also wished there were ottomans or something similar. Cleaning staff and desk staff were nice, and downtown was within walking distance.

Martin, the Sales manager, made arranging check-in for our group of eight rooms easy. He contacted us days ahead to make sure everything would go smoothly, and it did. He’s the most organized, friendly, and helpful hotel manager I’ve come across over the years. Thanks, Martin!

The room smelled of cigarettes. The location is convenient for the baseball field, but I’d take a cab or Uber downtown instead of walking. We were on the second floor, and there was a homeless person undressing right under our room.

It’s a classic Courtyard, with standard rooms and not much extraction. The rooms were clean, and the toiletries were there, with more available to ask for at the front desk. Parking costs extra in the next building, which you can access with your room key.

Jesse at the front desk made check-in quick and greeted me warmly. Rosa in housekeeping deserves a shout-out too. It was nice to walk into a room that had clearly been cleaned and looked after properly. Great hotel and a solid team. 10/10, I’ll stay here again when I’m passing through.
