My boyfriend was doing a DoorDash delivery and stopped in the empty lot for less than 15 seconds to pick up food from Golden Flower Vietnamese. The owners, a husband and wife, came outside yelling, threw objects, and physically blocked him from leaving. He was simply doing his job. Their behavior was aggressive, dangerous, and completely unprofessional. His wife filmed the whole incident, so there’s documentation. A police report will be filed. If this is how they treat people, I can’t imagine how they treat paying guests. Stay away.

The TV in the room they rented me doesn’t work, and the office is closed up and won’t answer the phone. I’m already really angry, especially after reading other reviews mentioning bed bugs. I’m going to look for them before trying to sleep, and if I see or feel any, I’ll lose it. At least I only paid for one night. I’m definitely not staying tomorrow or ever again.

I arrived at midnight and left at 2am after finding bed bugs in the room. I’m five months pregnant and had driven from Bay Area to there, so this was awful. The room was dirty, too. I tried speaking to the manger, but he was old as and didn’t want to hear me out or return my money, even when I showed a picture/video. Do NOT stay here. They have bed bugs.

I stayed for only 1 month. The place was dirty everywhere, and the bedbugs made it impossible to sleep. They still use old TVs and metal keys. I’d sooner sleep in the street than here with bedbugs and ugly old motel owners.

This is an older motel near the casinos, and it does need updating. The carpets are stained, maybe by people and their pets, and the blinds are broken, apparently by guests. I slept well and the shower worked. The TV wasn’t working because someone had unplugged the cable, so I asked what the trick was. I’d stay again. Guests need to stop trashing motel rooms!
