Siegel Suites 7th Street Apartments

I stayed at the Siegel suites in Reno and found this one extremely helpful. There’s a pool and an on-site laundromat, and the staff were friendly. The small kitchenette let me make lunch for work. Not having a lease or contract was a big help, and there were no extra weekend charges. If you’re in the area for work or anything else, it’s a good place to stay.

Donna was great to work with and easy to talk to. Even though I gave her very little notice, she was accommodating and helpful, and answered all my questions. The room was clean, comfortable, and convenient. A+.

Management and staff have always treated us like family. We arrived at Siegel Suites The Nevadan in May 2021 after more than three months bouncing between Motel 6's around Reno, thinking we’d stay briefly while figuring out what to do. Somehow it became our forever home. It’s expensive, the studio is small, and it’s downtown Reno, but it works for us. Manager Angel really is an angel. She stands up for tenants and staff and bends over backwards to help. You can see that in the workers too. They go about their day smiling, offer a cheerful word, and go the extra mile to put things right. It’s a flexible-stay property, but if you want to make it one, it can be a safe, comfortable home.

I’ve been at Siegel street since May 2025 and have enjoyed my stay. The staff have been awesome, supportive, and willing to work with me. They’re straightforward about everything and don’t try to push things on you, so there’s no confusion. If you haven’t found a place to live yet, this is somewhere you can stay. There’s a working pool and laundry facilities, and the freeway is right next to Siegel 7th street. You can stay temporarily or long term, and either way, you’ll be rewarded for it.
