The suite was the most luxurious room I've ever stayed in. Everyone was accommodating, even bringing us more coffee after we finished what was in the room. The employees were friendly, courteous, and professional. We also enjoyed the delicious food and delightful service at the restaurant. A great stay.

We didn't try the outdoor climbing wall, but it's a nice feature for people who enjoy climbing. Parking across the street was convenient, and the lobby felt welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. A solid stay in downtown Reno.

Our wedding guests from out of town loved their rooms, and the staff were extremely friendly. So many people came up to my wife and me to say how beautiful the venue was. Kelly, our wedding coordinator, was fantastic and guided us through the whole process. Great job, everyone!

We got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite, which we appreciated. The bed was comfortable, and it was great to have a microwave and fridge in the room. The heating worked well, there were plenty of outlets, and the Wi-Fi was fast. Staff were great, especially with our puppy. The location itself is a bit sketchy, though there was plenty of security around. The only real parking is in a sketchy garage across the street. The lounge felt strange. It's on the 15th floor in what looks like a converted suite, and unlike lounges I've been to outside the country, it didn't include liquor. The food was good, but other travelers I spoke to also found the lounge odd and disappointing. The extra-cost rock climbing gym was really cool. The regular free climbing area inside it is tiny and not very good, but having the paid option is a plus. If I end up in Reno again, probably never, we'd stay here if we needed a hotel in the city.
