WorldMark Reno

We had a great time at WorldMark Reno. After skiing all day, the huge hot tub was just right. Our room was nice and had a great mountain view. The staff were very friendly, and the location was great, with lots of places within walking distance.

The walkability makes this place a gem, and you don't have to make your way through a casino maze to get to the elevator. It's a great spot for families. We booked a two-bedroom with one queen, two twins, and a Murphy bed, and were really pleased with the quality of everything. The pool was closed for winter, but the hot tub was hot. There was also a gym, a big DVD library, a small arcade, and a pool table.

Year after year, this is the best place I've stayed in Reno and it never disappoints. The in-house customer service is unbeatable. Manager Tanya is an exemplary professional working at the highest level. Sean, Carlos, Jeff, and the maintenance crew represent Wyndham so well. Their professionalism, dedication, and attitudes show they're ready for greater responsibilities. Once you stay here, you won't want to stay anywhere else in Reno. I know I won't. Five stars.

The room was beautifully remodeled, very clean, and new, with a fully equipped kitchen, a very comfortable bed, and a great view. We also enjoyed the lovely hot tub and pool. My son loved renting DVDs for free from the lobby. There were little windows that let in actual outside air, and the AC worked well when needed. Filtered water and coffee were available in the lobby. It's a great location with outstanding staff, and we'd stay again anytime. The overbooking complaint in the one-star review happened to me too, but Hotelsinamerica caused it. They canceled my reservation without telling me. The WorldMark staff were outstanding, very kind and helpful, and found me a new booking for that same evening.
