We booked a wedding room block at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites East Greenbush, and the communication before the wedding and on the day itself was excellent. Samantha and the whole team were welcoming and excited for our event. Several guests told us how helpful, kind, and patient everyone they'd spoken to had been. Their attention to detail helped a lot, and we really appreciated it. Our suite was roomy, comfortable, and clean. We couldn't be happier with the service and would definitely recommend them.

While we waited out the recent storm, we had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean and well kept, breakfast was great, and the staff were helpful. The pool was heated and clean too.

We needed just one night, since the hotels nearer the school were ridiculously overpriced. This place turned out to be very nice, and we saved money. The employees were friendly and let us check in early. The complimentary breakfast was nice, and the stay did what we needed.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and warm, and the front desk attendants were welcoming and friendly. Watch the toaster, though, its setting was misleading. Put it on “0” to avoid burnt toast. Ask me how I know.

The hotel's in a convenient spot, close to shopping, food, and necessities. The staff in the hallways were welcoming, always nodding or saying hello. Check-in was great too, the person at the front was very welcoming and explained everything quickly and efficiently. Great choice.
