We used this as a quiet, relaxing home base after exploring the city, staying nearby, or spending time at Top Golf. Andy helped make our late-night kiosk check-in simple and explained the amenities, including a mailing locker, 24-hour fitness room access, laundry, free Wi-Fi, and kitchenware that could be purchased if needed. Jonathan, the manager, went above and beyond. He’s done a great job with the staff, who were helpful and just a call away. They answered every question promptly and made the whole stay smooth and stress-free.

The room quality for the price is an A, safety and security an A, and amenities a B+. I was honestly surprised by how good this value property was. You get a kitchenette for cooking, but there’s no coffee or complimentary breakfast. Wake up and head into the city that invented Starbucks instead. The security was fantastic. Renton has some unsafe areas, and The Landing is the only spot I’d recommend. Stay here and enjoy what’s nearby, including the views at Docks, which I liked better than downtown. I’m super impressed and would bet in Vegas you will be too. Stay strong and safe. Cheers.

I liked the modern furniture, how clean everything was, and especially that there was no carpet. Being able to cook for my toddler was great too. We did get a noise complaint because my toddler was running around, which I didn’t expect at a hotel. I understand people want to relax, but I can’t keep my baby on a leash. That was the only downside. Otherwise, I’d recommend it.

My week-long stay has been excellent so far. The staff are pleasant and have gone beyond what I expected, and the location works well, close to the freeway, shops, restaurants, and TopGolf. The kitchenette has two small flat glass-top burners, but they do the job. The rooms are very clean, parking is plentiful, and the self check-in kiosk makes arriving late easy. There’s no breakfast, but I prefer cooking in my room anyway. The 24-hour laundry has about eight washers and dryers, stays clean, and sends progress notifications through the app.
