It’s a convenient base for getting around Renton, near highways and attractions, and there’s free parking and complimentary breakfast, which can help keep costs down. The property is clean and well maintained, and staff are generally friendly and helpful. Rooms are standard, with a comfortable bed, TV, and private bathroom. They’re not especially spacious or luxurious, but the price is good. There are some drawbacks: the walls can be thin, so noise from the hall or neighboring rooms may carry, and some rooms have less appealing views or locations within the hotel. It’s a decent, affordable option for exploring the area, though not a high-end stay.

The room was clean and nice, the bed was comfortable, and parking was easy. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. I’d definitely stay here again.

It’s a nice place, though a little out of the way. There was also some difficulty communicating when we were getting the room.

The carpets were sticky and threadbare, and the decor looked like it hadn’t changed since the '90s. The glass tube TVs were ancient. The place smelled, cigarette burns were everywhere, and the blankets were thin and falling apart. One side of our curtain rod was attached to its wall mount with a bent paperclip. Two lights flickered badly. There were slivers of broken glass on and beside one of our beds, and when I went to use the towel rack, it came off the wall and completely fell apart. A review called the decor up to date, which is a lie. Another said the staff were attentive, but the front desk was usually empty, with only a phone and instructions to call for help. I called from our room three times and got no response. Horrid place. If I could rate it below 1/5, I would. Never stay here or give them your money. It’s shamefully bad. Sleeping in your car would be better.
