Harrison at Reston Town Center

I’ve lived at The Harrison since May 2025, and Shaneik is still the person I turn to. She works tirelessly to organize several resident events every month, and I think everyone here appreciates all she does. Last year, when I sold my condo and started looking for an apartment, I wanted one with good sunlight and a higher floor. Shaneik was patient as I took months to find the right fit, and she was always helpful and responsive.

Shaneik, the social director, seems to take care of everything from resident relations to events, and she’s really made my time here special. Jillian has also made living at The Harrison warm and pleasant. I first met her when she was a leasing manager, and now she’s the assistant manager. She’s cheerful, friendly, always makes time to help, and knows what she’s doing without having to run around for answers. If I could tell the management company one thing, it’d be never let her go. 10/10 stars overall.

Since becoming a resident at The Harrison, I’ve been impressed by how much the staff care and how supportive they are. Destinee was helpful from my first tour right through move-in, and she still answers every question I have. I couldn’t ask for more.

The Harrison felt like home from the day my family and I moved in. It was a quiet, welcoming, well-kept community, and a lovely place to raise a family. The leasing team, Shaneik, Eli, Destinee, Lindsay, and Jillian, were kind, professional, and always there when we had questions or needed help. They really cared about the residents and made everything easy and stress-free. We’ve made so many good memories here and miss them every day. If we ever come back to NOVA, The Harrison will be our first stop. We loved living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.
