That bread deserves its own mention. The grilled cheese, turkey club, and crab roll were all great, and my wife especially liked the breakfast bread basket. The room service food is so good that we could order in every night and never feel we were missing out. Our rooms were spotless, though maybe that’s partly because the hotel is still new. Every time we dealt with the front desk, the staff were caring and went out of their way to help. It’s nice to see a place so focused on making guests feel looked after. If you’re near Reston, stay here. Highly recommend.

The people made an already comfortable stay even better. Tien at the front desk and Anisa from in-room dining both made a real effort to make us feel welcome. Osman and Anik from valet were friendly too. This is a new property that’s clearly well run, and the customer service was top notch. Thanks to the JW Marriott Reston Station team for a wonderful stay!

We got married on December 21, 2025, and Dante Taylor and the whole JW Marriott Reston Station team made our stay feel easy and special. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the coordination and service were excellent from start to finish. Dante and his team took care of the details in our room and throughout the stay, and their professionalism and genuine care made us feel valued at such an important time. The experience was memorable, stress-free, and luxurious. We’re very grateful and would recommend the hotel to anyone celebrating a special occasion.

Lucia at the front desk got our stay back on track quickly and efficiently, and her genuine care made us feel at home. The hotel itself is beautiful and well appointed, and the beds and pillows were so comfortable that we felt well rested. We had a rough start because we didn’t get the room type we’d booked, and those initial service problems left us feeling put off. But we ended up really enjoying our stay. Thank you, Lucia, for sorting it out.

The breakfast was a highlight, especially the eggs benedict, brioche French toast, and pancakes. Simple comfort foods somehow felt like a decadent treat, which made being away from home and family easier. Breakfast was plentiful and special, and the restaurant had a great menu. I spent all of November and most of December 2025 at the Reston JW Marriott, and the friendly staff made the time away pleasant. The new property was clean and well maintained. The lounge was comfortable, and its staff were attentive and helpful, though I couldn’t make the evening activities because of work. The Director of Luxury Sales helped with my reservation and was consistently available and attentive. It was a relaxing place to stay.
