Four Points by Sheraton Boston Logan Airport Revere

I travel for work a lot, so I’ve got plenty of hotels to compare this one with. The kindness and customer service from the employees were unmatched. The airport shuttle was super convenient, and my room was squeaky clean with a really comfortable bed. It had everything I could need. One of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a long time.

Elijah at the front desk was especially accommodating, and the breakfast was very good. The shuttle made getting to the airport easy. I had an excellent stay on my way to Los Angeles, and I’ll stay here again.

The location worked well for getting to nearby stores, restaurants, and a grocery store on foot. My room at the FourPoints Sheraton in Revere was clean, and breakfast was delicious. The stay was relaxing, especially thanks to Chris at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make sure things were perfect. Highly recommend.

The shuttle was convenient, though every bump was noticeable because the vans seemed to need maintenance. We were there for an unexpected overnight after our flights were canceled, using an airline voucher. When I booked, I specifically asked for connecting rooms because I was traveling with young children in the next room, and was told that would be arranged. At check-in, the room was listed as connecting, but it wasn’t actually connected. The staff member showed me the computer listing when I went back, which made it seem like the room mapping in the system needs correcting. The room itself was okay and generally clean, if dated. Within minutes, my children found glasses left behind by a previous guest. It was an okay short stay, but there are things that need attention.
