Quality Inn Boston - Revere

We were surprised by how quiet it was, especially being so close to the city. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were warm and friendly. We had a comfortable two-night stay and would recommend it.

The hotel was clean and in good repair, and breakfast was decent. But there was no hot water at 7:30 in the morning. The front desk first said to wait until 9 or move rooms, then management told her how to reset the water heater. The night before, the fire alarm went off at 11 p.m. and all 10 guests had to evacuate. Firefighters checked the building and found no fire, then shut off the alarm.

The little things made our honeymoon stay memorable. Housekeeping left a towel heart and a handwritten note, and the breakfast staff made us a heart-shaped pancake with banana and Nutella. At check-in, after we mentioned our honeymoon, the front desk upgraded us from a regular room to a beautiful suite at no charge. It was such a thoughtful surprise. The rooms were elegant and spotless, breakfast was delicious, and the whole place felt welcoming. Everyone we met was friendly and eager to help. The team made us feel special and comfortable, and we’ll always remember their warmth and care.

We finally found the hotel late at night on our first trip to Boston, after renting a car from Budget. The room was clean and spacious, and that king bed was so comfortable we slept more than 10 hours the first night. The house-brand coffee, both in the room and at breakfast, was awful. They should get mini Kureig's and better coffee. Luckily, we found a Starbucks.
