Hampton Inn & Suites Rexburg, ID

The room felt new, comfortable, and clean, and the small sofa in our suite was nice for lounging. From the photos, the TV placement looked awkward, but it was comfortable to watch from bed. The pool is small, but it was warm and salty and felt good. Breakfast went beyond a continental spread, with yummy taters and kielbasa sausage. We expected a typical motel experience for what we paid, but the service was outstanding all around. 10/10, would stay again!

After choosing Hilton for more than two decades, it's disheartening to see how little that loyalty seemed to matter when I needed help on the road. During a recent trip through Idaho, I needed assistance changing my reservation to another Hilton property. Customer service disconnected themselves from the issue instead of helping. Agents repeatedly hung up on me, and it took four separate calls to reach a supervisor. When I finally got through, the supervisor insisted on charging me for a night at the Rexburg, ID location despite the circumstances, so I had to contact my credit card company to initiate a chargeback. I'm deeply disappointed in the service.

The room was large and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was easy. Breakfast was great, and checkout isn't until noon. There's a pool and laundry, plus a restaurant within walking distance in the same parking lot. The hotel is right off the highway. 10/10 recommend!

We pass through this area every year, and this is the best hotel we've found around here. The indoor pool was clean, pleasant, and warm, while breakfast was decent and better than most hotel breakfasts. Rooms were huge and exceptionally clean, and although the hotel allows pets, there were no smells or other traces of previous pets, including stray poop outside. The front desk woman was especially helpful, accommodating, and nice. There was no brand shampoo, conditioner, or lotion in the room. We booked directly on the hotel's website, and there was plenty of parking, even for RVs. It's only half a mile from the freeway, so very convenient. We plan to stay here on future trips.
